Make your vote count!

Thank you Lake Country for such a great experience!

As this campaign period comes to an end and Election Day is upon us, I wanted to share some final thoughts and reflections. I want to thank everyone who has shared their time and opinions with me, those who have directly connected with me and shared their concerns. And those who have asked me tough questions and engaged in a dialogue.

I decided to throw my hat in the ring because I believe positive change is possible and necessary for the future of our community, and I thought that some of my fellow residents may agree. I’ve lived in Lake Country for 20 years and am proud of the passion our community shares and the standards that we hold our elected officials to. After door knocking at hundreds of houses and speaking with so many residents, I have to say my passion for our community is has only grown.

As someone that has years of direct experience in improving and protecting drinking water infrastructure, water quality, and policy, I can tell you that local government matters and has a direct impact on your daily life.

The people you elect to represent you at the decision-making level of local government matter!

If elected, I promise to continue to  engage with people on a community and individual level and put in the extra time it takes to understand the wishes of the community.

I hope you make time tomorrow to take part in the closest, most accessible level of democracy.
